I had a personal check to cash from a person who has a bank acct with Bank of America. I pull up to the drive thru and I was asked right away if I was there to deposit or make a withdrawal. I said neither, I told the clerk that I was there to cash a check. She then asked if I had an acct with them, I said no but the person who wrote out the check does. So she said I had to go inside the lobby to cash my check. I go inside, they ask for my right thumb print to cash a $300 check and I get charged an $8 fee for not having an acct with them. The clerk was rude and said "There will be an $8 fee to cash this check since you don't have an acct with us, if you don't want to pay the fee you either open an acct with us right now or take the check to your bank" just the way they approach the customers is very unprofessional. No thank you Bank of America, I don't need an acct with you if you don't train your personnel good customer service.
I'd give NO STARS to this bank if I could ....ALWAYS a ridiculous long WAIT , no courtesy shown to their clients , NONE what so ever !!! It's absolutely insane that their customers have to humble themselves in such manner to get service from it , I only deposit money for the business I manage but if i had to choose a bank to manage my money it will definitely not be them ... their service it's beyond bad and I'm referring here to the ridiculous long waits regardless if you walk in or use the drive through ... time is precious , only to look at the people wiring in line and you can read the frustration on their face !!!!
I'm not a customer of this bank but wanted to deposit money to someone that had an account with Bank of America. I couldn't because they have horrible hours. They close by 4. Why? Most people work at least to 4 or 5.
I'm not a customer of the bank but I deposit weekly money into a business account , the service it's beyonde bad !!! The wait in line is excruciating long every time with out a fail , the people waiting in line are filled with frustration and all these while the manager is carting herself around almost like to add to people anguish with out a care in the world and doing she knows what because not once I ever seen her apologize to them for the wait as if the customers ment nothing to this bank and they are in the service to the bank and not viceversa !!! Today I assisted to an argument between an very already upset customer waiting for more than an hour to cash a check !!! From the conversation I heard she had all the good reasons to feel that way .... the way the manager solve the issue ... well she's said " mam next time you'll have to come in for this service because we no longer provide this service through the drive through !!! I couldn't believe my eyes the attitude she gave to that irritated to max customer by the long wait as if it was her fault WOW !! Ridiculous , not once she apologize or said she's sorry her wait ,... when the service industry has gone so horrible wrong and the customers are treated like nothing at the cost of their money and time . This bank needs new management ASAP or some basic customer service training for the manager in place .
Extremely understaffed. Took me over 30 minutes to make a payment with only 2 cars ahead of us. Hire more tellers!
