They close before the hours they have posted on their door, refusing dine in customers one hour before closing time. Every other pizza hut I've been to has never refused customers during their posted hours. This has happened multiple times from trying to dine in, and even online orders for carryout. I've resorted to going to Alamo or Pharr Pizza Huts.
Wish i could give no star or negetive. Horrible service took for ever with just us and 1 more couple in the restaurant the salad was horrible 1st they brought it after the rest of the food. 2 it waz ither old or had freezer burn and it was all the same supposably. We asked if they could substitute it for some cina-stix but the fello who was helping us was new and they told him it cant be done so we payed for a salad that we didnt eat. We then asked for 2 peper and 2 parmasian cheese packets to go they said it .54 cents each but we have to buy 6 of each because thats how they come in a pack. !!JUST RIDICULOUS!!
It was agreat there cause I loved what I ordered. It hit the right spot in my stomach. Great place for your family or loved ones.
They've peeled their closing times from their door so as to be able to close whenever they feel like it.
My co-worker ordered a pizza at 10:54 am and we were told it would be delivered by noon. It not only did not arrive by noon, it never arrived at all. She called multiple times and was told the delivery driver was running late/on his way. Still no sign of the driver. By this point our lunch break is over and we still have not eaten. They could have at least straight up told us the food ws not coming so we could have ordered something elsewhere. She still kept calling and they kept transferring her then hanging up. Worst pizza hut ever; terribly unprofessional.
Placed order thru the web site when i went to pick it up didn't have my order right and manager wanted me to take something else i did advised him that i was not gonna take his offer because that was not what my family ordered. May look for another pizza hut location
