The first time I took my dog she came out perfect. So we set up at appt to go back. When we took her to the second appointment it was the worst starting from when we stepped inside to the time we left the place. Never again will I take my pet here!!

This place is not the place to take a Akita Mix! The big man in the back gave my dog to me wet and was okay with it! They convinced me to purchase some special wash for my dog that should have lasted 3 weeks and it was terrible. They didn't clean her ears nor did they clip her nails. It came out to 55 dollars and I was so unhappy. Never again
